location: the hotel was next to close to main attractions, the downtown and the adriatic and the best cafés, where to eat, how to get to miramare. café sircelli via foschiatti located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

Staff is very friendly and quite competent and hotel atmosphere is relaxing and quiet. The hotel also benefits from its design and location.

I thoroughly enjoyed this small hotel and stayed for 6 nights here. the breakfast was extensive with very good coffee, with a wide array of great options. - the property was in a favorable and perfect location, near the bus stop, just a couple of minutes away.

Very helpful and friendly staff who gave advice on restaurants and places of interest. They made phone calls to check on museum opening times and book restaurants. The breakfast were delicious and plentiful and the room very attractive and relaxing
I did not like that the window looked out onto a narrow void facing other windows. it felt claustrophobic.A superior room should be better than that.

Amazing rooms.
They claimed I booked two rooms and made me pay for two rooms when I only needed one. Two couples booked thru me and they still forced me to pay for the other room. ridiculous.

Nice people at front desk , clean, quite , above standards , .... Good place to stay
The only car parkiing area to unload the luggage was used by other people ( construction in a side ) so I had a lot of problems .... Recommend to the hotel personnel to have control .
